Carmen Candelario is a Senior Project Manager at C.L. Burks Commercial Roofing, bringing over seven years of experience in the commercial roofing industry. She joined the company five months ago, leveraging her extensive background in project management to ensure the successful execution of roofing projects. Prior to joining C.L. Burks, Carmen built her career at a different roofing company, where she started as a Brand Ambassador in 2017. Just six months later, she transitioned into the role of Construction Project Coordinator, showcasing her dedication and organizational skills. In 2021, her hard work and leadership earned her a promotion to Project Manager, where she managed complex roofing projects and developed a deep understanding of the industry's operational demands. Originally from Puerto Rico, Carmen has called South Florida home since 2001. She holds an associate degree in Criminal Justice and a bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources, providing her with a strong foundation in both operational efficiency and people management. Outside of work, Carmen enjoys spending time at the beach and cheering on her son at his football games. She is a proud mother to three children. Carmen is also happily married and values quality time with her family. Her passion for excellence, combined with her commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction, makes Carmen a valuable asset to the C.L. Burks team.
