Our Team
Todd Stephens is an Inspector for the C.L. Burks Office in North Carolina. Todd began his construction journey straight out of school. Starting as a Production Manager and Project Scheduler at an Industrial Plant, Todd was able to hone his skills in operational efficiency and seamless project management. Prior to that his understanding of the intricacies of construction dynamics widened significantly during an immersive internship with a Custom Home Builder. Armed with a solid educational background in Business and Project Management from UNC Charlotte, Todd possesses a diverse skill set covering estimates, project scheduling, takeoffs, plan interpretation, and CAD Drawings. Outside of the office, Todd actively contributes to the community in Charlotte through his involvement with Vizion Church's young adult group and you will often find Todd on the golf course.
